Severin 2020 Dessertwein The 2017 amphora wines were Hopibauern Denominations:300 € filling up Lake Neusiedl The 2017 amphora wines were on the skins in Georgian Qvevris for 4 months (from the beginning of October 2017 to the end of January 2018) The use of amphoras sometimes bring oxidation to the wines so Marco and Davide decided to use a reductive variety as Pecorino to make a wine called "Possibly" that sounds like something you have in mind and that could really work
